AJ-GZB1000 prefilled syringe high-speed filling production line is for cassette prefilled syringes, completing a series of actions such as unpacking, film tearing, delining, filling and plugging, to realize the filling and sealing of chemical liquids. The high-speed filling production line of prefilled syringe adopts cassette-type no-wash and sterilization syringes, which do not need to be cleaned and sterilized, so there is no need to configure cleaning machines, dryers and other equipment, which can reduce equipment costs and reduce the risk of contamination. After filling, the plug is added, the chemical liquid exposure time is short, and the risk of contamination is small.
