● This product is widely suitable for filling, capping, assembly, etc. of various types of plastic syringes, and special packaging materials can be customized.

● The surface is made of SUS 304 stainless steel, and the contact material parts are made of SUS 316L stainless steel and medical silicone rubber, which fully complies with the requirements of GMP specifications.

● Ceramic plunger pump realizes quantitative filling, acid and alkali erosion resistance, wear resistance and high temperature resistance, and high filling accuracy.

● The conveying and sorting of the lid and rubber plug are realized by vibrating disc, using SUS 316L stainless steel clean plate, glossy treatment, no cleaning dead corners.

● Adopting internationally renowned electrical components, the implementation of interference-free modular control, the synchronous action is all controlled by servo motors, accurate and reliable, and easy to operate.

● The PLC programming controller controls the operation of the motor, and the human-computer interaction interface monitors and displays the working status of each station in real time, and the real-time automatic alarm displays the fault location and fault prompt.
