Product Features

● Compatible with pre-filled syringes of various brands; customization available for other types of syringes.

● The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with material-contacting parts constructed from SUS316L stainless steel and medical-grade silicone rubber, compliant with GMP standards.

● The ceramic plunger pump ensures precise filling, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, wear-resistant, and high-temperature resistant, with high filling accuracy.

● The sorting and conveying of rubber stoppers are achieved via a vibrating feeder, using a SUS316L stainless steel clean tray with no cleaning dead zones, and the top tray is removable and supports sterilization.

● Utilizes electrical components from internationally renowned brands, implementing interference-free modular control. All synchronized movements are controlled by servo motors, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and ease of operation.

● Motor operation is controlled by a PLC programmable controller. The human-machine interface provides real-time monitoring and display of the operational status of each workstation, with automatic alarms indicating fault locations and error messages.

● Multiple filling doses and filling methods are available, with support for storing various formula parameters.

● Uses a filling needle that rises with the liquid level to prevent medication splashing.

● Vacuum filling system suitable for high-viscosity materials, ensuring the medication fills the filling space without bubbles or layers, improving product合格率.

● Vacuum stoppering system ensures the stopper remains in close contact with the liquid surface when filling high-viscosity materials.

● Compatible with various pre-filled syringe specifications by replacing specification parts. Modular design for easy expansion, capable of standalone use or integration with de-nesting machines, rotary machines, labeling machines, and light inspection machines to form a production line.

● Optional rubber stopper self-cleaning station for continuous rubber stopper addition without stopping the machine.

● Optional Class A laminar flow hood for high-standard clean production.
