The nesting machine is an automated device that removes pre-filled syringes stored in nest boxes and distributes them to filling stations in an orderly manner through intelligent control. It can be used in conjunction with filling and capping machines or rotary labeling machines, addressing issues such as slow manual material distribution and breakage, thereby improving production efficiency.

● Compatible with pre-filled syringe packaging materials from various brands using RTU nest plate systems.

● Standard configuration includes a RABS glove box and imported CSM-material gloves.

● The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with material-contacting parts constructed from SUS316L stainless steel and medical-grade silicone rubber, compliant with GMP regulations.

● Optional Class A laminar flow hood enables manual removal of outer packaging and inner liners under laminar flow protection.

● Utilizes electrical components from internationally renowned brands, implementing interference-free modular control. All synchronized movements are controlled by servo motors, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and ease of operation.

● Motor operation is controlled by a PLC programmable controller. The human-machine interface provides real-time monitoring and display of the operational status of each workstation, with automatic fault alerts indicating the location of the issue and providing fault prompts.

Modular design allows for easy expansion, enabling standalone use or integration with filling machines, capping machines, labeling machines, and other equipment to form a production line.
