Product Introduction
The AJ-GZB1000 Pre-filled Syringe High-Speed Filling Production Line is designed for box-type pre-filled syringes, performing a series of operations including unpacking, film removal, liner removal, filling, and stopper insertion to achieve the filling and sealing of pharmaceutical solutions. The pre-filled syringe high-speed filling production line uses box-type ready-to-use (RTU) pre-filled syringes that require no washing or sterilization, eliminating the need for washing machines, dryers, and other equipment, thereby reducing equipment costs and minimizing contamination risks. Stoppers are applied immediately after filling, minimizing exposure time of the pharmaceutical solution and reducing contamination risks.

● Compatible with pre-filled syringe packaging materials from various brands using RTU tray-style packaging.
● The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with material-contacting parts constructed from SUS316L stainless steel and medical-grade silicone rubber, compliant with GMP standards.
● Ceramic piston pumps ensure precise filling, with resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, wear, and high temperatures, and high filling accuracy.
● Rubber stoppers are sorted and conveyed using a vibrating feeder, with a SUS316L stainless steel clean tray that has no cleaning dead zones, and the top tray is removable and supports sterilization.
● Utilizes electrical components from internationally renowned brands, implementing interference-free modular control. All synchronized movements are controlled by servo motors, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and ease of operation.
● Motor operation is controlled by a PLC programmable controller. The human-machine interface provides real-time monitoring and display of the operational status of each workstation, with automatic alarm displays indicating fault locations and error messages.
● Multiple filling doses and filling methods are available, with support for storing various formula parameters.
● Uses a filling needle that rises with the liquid level to prevent medication splashing.
● High degree of automation with minimal personnel requirements, as few as 2 people.
● Optional A-grade laminar flow hood available to achieve high-standard clean production.
