The AJ-XTJ100 Vertical Rotating Rod Labeling Machine is a device developed by our company specifically for syringes. This equipment can fully automatically complete a series of actions including rotating rod labeling, inkjet coding, or laser printing of batch numbers, production dates, and other information, thereby achieving labeling on the rotating rod of syringes. This equipment features a compact structure, lightweight design, simple operation, reliable performance, easy maintenance, stable rotary rod operation, fast labeling speed, smooth and aesthetically pleasing labeling results, and strong adaptability. It can also adjust the labeling speed continuously according to the filling speed of the preceding process, ensuring that the machine can be used independently or integrated with other machines in a production line. Product Features

● Flexible application, capable of standalone production or integration into a production line. The production layout is simple, and a conveyor belt can be configured to connect directly from the cleanroom to the labeling machine through a mouse hole, saving cleanroom space.

● Utilizes electrical components from internationally renowned brands, implementing interference-free modular control. All synchronized movements are controlled by servo motors, enabling automatic rotary labeling that is accurate, reliable, and easy to operate.

● Controlled by a PLC programmable controller, the machine features a human-machine interface that monitors and displays the operational status of each workstation in real time, with automatic alerts indicating fault locations and prompts.

● Supports multiple syringe specifications through the replacement of specification components or adjustment of mechanisms.

● Automatic feeding functionality can be configured. Pre-filled syringes can be automatically fed using a de-nesting device, with push rods automatically sorted and fed via a vibrating disk or centrifugal disk. Pre-filled catheters can be fed via a conveyor to a centrifugal disk for automatic sorting and feeding, then delivered to a slide for unloading.  

● Optional hot stamping/spraying functionality is available, enabling real-time printing of batch numbers, production dates, and production counts.
