This equipment can fully automatically complete a series of operations including rotary labeling, inkjet coding, or laser printing of batch numbers, production dates, and other information, thereby achieving rotary labeling and labeling of syringes. ● Intelligent control with automatic photoelectric tracking, featuring no-object no-labeling, automatic label correction, and label detection functions to prevent missed labeling and label waste.

● Flexible application, capable of standalone production or integration into a production line. The production layout is simple, and a conveyor belt can be configured to connect directly from the cleanroom through a mouse hole to the rotary labeling machine, saving cleanroom space.

● Utilizes internationally renowned electrical components, implementing interference-free modular control. All synchronized movements are controlled by servo motors, enabling automatic rotary rod labeling that is accurate, reliable, and easy to operate.

● Controlled by a PLC programmable controller, the motor operation is monitored in real-time via a human-machine interface, displaying the working status of each workstation. Real-time automatic alarms indicate fault locations and provide fault prompts.

● Various sizes of syringes can be accommodated through molds or adjustment mechanisms.

● An automatic feeding function can be configured. Glass syringes can be fed into the labeling machine via a de-nesting device. Push rods are automatically sorted and fed using a vibrating disk or centrifugal disk. Pre-filled catheters can be fed to the centrifugal disk via a conveyor for automatic sorting and feeding, then delivered to the slide for unloading (depending on product considerations).

● Optional hot stamping/spraying coding functionality is available to enable real-time printing of batch numbers, production dates, and production counts.
